Good Product, Very Poor Delivery Experience
The trolley bag itself is very good—good quality, sturdy, and exactly as expected. I’m happy with the product. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery agent was very rude and unprofessional, and his behaviour was completely unacceptable. The product deserves a good review, but the delivery service definitely needs improvement. Overall, 5/5 for the trolley bag, but 1/5 for the delivery experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and trains delivery agents to behave respectfully with customers.
