I took this with us for my littles ones first trip to the beach. I am so glad I did! The waves were too rough to let him get in the ocean so I brought the ocean to him. It was great because we set it up under our large tent. He was out of the sun that way... I wouldn’t trust that tiny sun shade attachment to do much. I still give this 5 stars. I’m super happy with this purchase. It’s nice enough quality that it’ll survive a few more annual trips to the beach. My kid absolutely adored playing in the water and I adored not having to worry about him in it, you have a lot of control with the depth because you’ll have to dig a hole in the ground/sand and that’ll control how much water you need.Definitely recommend.

This is great to bring to the beach. My 2.5 year old loved it. And I think it would be good for ages up to 7 years old because it’s great for having water nearby to play with when they don’t feel like jumping in the waves. When digging a pit (12 inches deep), try making the sides straight and not curved. And for the base as flat as possible. The fold up bucket took several walks back and forth from the ocean but it’s a decent size. At least 14 buckets worth of water was good enough for my daughter to play with. We didn’t fill it all the way up.

This is a must have for the beach with a toddler!! My 2 year old loved playing in the pool and it was so nice to be able to dump it out and fold it up at the end of the day. We were at the beach for a full week and used it every day.

My boys love this on the beach. Holds water well, and keeps them entertained.We use it a lot, and it does appear some of the seams are coming loose, so I assume this will be a once or twice a year purchase, but it will be worth it for the two or three years I need it at the beac.

Loved this for our beach vacation! So glad we purchased. 9 month olds played safely and happily in the water away from the waves.

We took this to the beach to entertain my 17month old and he LOVED it!! It sticks in the sand well and stays put. My 4yr old nephew also loved playing in the water as well!

It is unusable for my purpose. It likes completely flat and has no vertical dimension whatsoever. I guess it floats and the weight of something in the center lets it hang down in the water. /This sure was not clear to me when I ordered it. It's trash to me.
