My family has begun using keeping this product around for nights and weekends when we do not need to go to the grocery store. The flavor is great (we're a skim milk family). Many of the reviews seem to dislike that the product "clumps". We have not had this issue. Using glass quart bottles, we fill the bottle half full of water, add powder, shake to mix, then fill remaining quart with water and shake once more. Having tried approximately 6 other brands, we prefer this product to others because 1) taste's similar to milk purchased in store; and 2) less powder is required for mixture (0.5 cups) compared to other products--if you've ever tried mixing this stuff in a bottle you'll understand why less is better when pouring powder into a small hole.

You will really like this powdered milk. It's a great value for the money and it is not only consistent in quality, but it is great on price. We've used it in making instant hot chocolate (powdered milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, powdered vanilla and a little salt) and it works out wonderfully. We also love it in making a quick pudding and in cream sauces. BUY this and you won't be disappointed!

For 15 bucks, this seems pretty expensive for the small amount you get. I imagined a bottle 5" wide x 5" deep x 6or 7"" tall. What I got was 3x3x4.Mixing it as described on the label makes a very tasty non-fat milk drink. In this I was pleasantly surprised. I guess I was used to the old carnation mix of years and years ago, but this mix made an excellent glass of milk. Hard to tell apart from a non-fat gallon jug of milk from the store. 5 stars for taste!

I decided to buy this to keep on hand in case of emergency because the market kept running out of lowfat milk & I can't drink whole milk...and having no milk for my coffee is a day ruiner!I absolutely love it and haven't even attempted to purchase milk from the market since I got it. I'm about to order more. I found the best way to mix it is using a smoothie blender. When it's first mixed, it's a little frothy and I love that, because I can add flavored syrup to my coffee. It tastes just like a latte! Yum!

... but don’t confuse “Powder” with “Instant”. This mild substitute has buttercream in its ingredients, which means it takes longer to go into solution. (It’s NOT a coffee creamer substitute, unless you like lumps.) I always make at least 2 cups at a time, and use HOT water for half of the water to be added. I also use a bit more of this powder than the directions state (1/3 C powder to 1 C water) to achieve something closer to whole milk; but even at their recommended proportions, this does NOT look or taste like “non fat”.

when I opened the jar, I felt really bad smell, I thought it might go away after boiling, the smell as well as the taste is really bad. It is spoiled rancid product. Total waste of money. Please do not buy this product.I wish I could give 0 starts to this product

I like the container to store easily but the milk is very dry and not creamy when reconstituted. While living overseas I got used to using dry whole milk for everything, especially now that I’m older when the liquid milk will spoil. The pros for this milk is it will be more stable on the shelf longer due to dryness, but the con is poor flavor. I prefer Nida milk much better.

Loved it fot my husband when we could not easily find milk during Covid...great product, even works well dry, in coffee. Mix it right, and its just like non fat regular milk from a carton. Drink it cold, if your using it as a drink by itself.
