I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the DJI Osmo Mobile 7. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is one of the best smartphone gimbals I've owned. Gimbal is good 👍 But the packaging quality was poor So many dents in box And video quality and stability and durability all are good easy to use but little bit hard for beginners . Product was good but the packaging want to improve

The product received is defective. The product jerks while starting packaging is very poor box allready open. It seems like the product has been used before. Very old product before one year manufacturing I've raised three pickup requests for my refund, but nobody has shown up. This is very disappointing service from Amazon."
