This product is awesome! Used it to secure my semi window gasket to my Kenworth truck
This product works just like it says it will. I used this to secure my (Kenworth T660 double windshield) gasket on my semi truck. Wow! I was ready to go in 1hour. This stuff is great. Also, when using this product (Dow Auto Glass Urethane Sealant Adhesive - Primerless U-418) to secure the window surround gasket, (the gasket that holds the double windshield) to the truck itself, you will need to use the 5504G Betaprime primer. This primer creates a great bond between the truck and the rubber window gasket. It cost about $100+ but it is definitely worth the purchase. You simply put one coat of the primer on the backside of the gasket and two coats of the primer on the truck. let it dry. (10 mins) Then, apply a generous bead of the Dow adhesive, place your window, press it in and, that's it. Until a rock hits my window this winter. LOL. Only a window replacement at that point though. No need for this stuff again. Great stuff!
