ARCCAPTAIN Reversible Welding Cap, 8-Panel FR Welders Cap, Army, 6 7/8

I’m giving this welder’s cap 4.5 stars and rounding up because it’s genuinely well made and worth the price. I’m completely bald on top, so I need protection from sparks and especially the dreded welders sunburn. This cap does a great job providing that extra layer of protection and comfort while working. For sizing, I strongly recommend ordering at least one size up, possibly even two sizes up if you prefer a more comfortable fit. My head measured 23 9/16", which according to the chart put me close to a 7 1/2". I ordered that size first, but it was so tight I couldn’t even get it on my head. I exchanged it for a 7 5/8" which I could wear, but it was still extremely snug. After another exchange, I finally got the 7 3/4", and that one fits perfectly. The quality of the cap is very good, the stitching and materials feel durable, and the price is fair for what you get. Despite the sizing issues, I would absolutely purchase this cap again because the overall quality makes it worth it.

This is my favorite cap. It’s a little thicker which makes it much comfier than my other caps under my helmet. True to size and fits great… I would definitely buy again!! I love this cap!

Excellent quality, but way too heavy for TX. These welding caps are very well made, but there way to hot to wear all ady long in the TX heat. Perhaps somewhere that's not in the 90's constantly they would be perfect.

This is a nice cap, it’s a little thicker (padded) than I was expecting. I prefer thinner, keeps my helmet a little more planted. But still works good. I see this as a great cap for outdoor welding on cold days or in a cold shop. Anyway well built, comfortable.. definitely a good buy

This is the best welding cap that I have owned. It is sized right and is thicker than any other cap that I have had.

Es de muy buena calidad, muy cómoda y se ajusta sin apretar, el material es muy grueso que está perfecto pues no hay chispa que pueda pasar. Y estéticamente es muy agradable lo recomiendo mucho, pronto subo fotos porque la estoy lavando

Great quality beanie. Very thick, protective, and a great fit. Will last me a lifetime. Much better quality than what I expected.

Sizing is pretty accurate. It’s fairly heavy so might be warmer on the head in the summer months. Because of this , it may last longer. Inside has what looks like a cushiness to it and maybe it’s suppose to act like a sweatband. Overall I’m happy with first impressions.

La calidad del material me pareció muy buena, y me gustó porque trae sistema de absorción para el sudor. Me equivoqué en la talla, así que tuve que devolverlo. Y en cuanto hagan el reembolso podré pedir otro sin ningún problema.
