Ceramic version not as good as the carbon
I purchased the precut version of the ceramic window tint and applied it to the front windows of my new car. I waited for a few weeks but the haze under sunlight never disappeared. Plus when the sun is hitting it, the reflections are horrible. When I look through the windows, everything is greyish and hazy. I also applied the resear windshield tint but messed up and ending up with some bubbles at the bottom which was my fault. In the section that had no bubbles, the view is still poor for some reason. My rear windshield is around 45 degrees and combined with the ceramic tint, the view is distorted at that angle and car lights behind me become halos. Not sure what's going on there. I'm not looking forward to the task of removing the tint.Compared to the roll of Lexen carbon window tint that I applied to the rear passenger windows, the carbon tint is much better as shown in my photo. The color is much more pleasant and overall it had less reflections than the Lexen ceramic tint. As for the heat reduction, it felt about the same as the ceramic version. If I redo the windows, I would only buy the carbon version. The ceramic tint is of poor quality.

Warning: READ before you buy this product. You will mess it up probably.
It is extremely hard to install window tint. for a car. You need professional environment with a lot of experience. For one time DIY, you will probably mess it up. A simple mistake is irreversible, and problem is you cannot return since you have used. I have attached how it ended up in my rear windows.1. The instructions provided are very poorly written and hard to understand. I followed what they instructed but I ended what is shown on photos attached. For example, the instruction shows steps in pictures, but the instruction is printed/copied in black and white only. Thus, you cannot see any of those pics, since they are all grey/black blurry pics.2. The videos provided in Amazon are useless. They are done in a professional environment (without any explanation: no voice) and most steps are missing. For example, in one video about back/rear window installation, the guy starts from the point where tint is already placed and only uses squeegees to take out water. That is the easy part, the hardest part is to properly set the tint on outside of the window and properly bringing in and place inside. It was extremely hard to for me to bring in and put such a big tint inside the car without folding and creating creases.3. Be very careful when using heat gun. Especially for back window. In the video they provide, the again the guy starts using heat gun on a perfectly placed tint on the window. Again, it is extremely hard to put tint properly and they do not cover that. Most importantly, when I used heat gun exactly what the guy did in the video, I ended up so many creases. And tints are so delicate that you can create crease in a single swipe and it is irreversible, once created crease stays there you can't undo anymore. See my photos provided. Even accidentally folding them creates creases that they would stay.Overall, it was so hard to install the tints, which I spent so many hours to get the results provided in the photos. I am not saying the product itself is bad, but I believe sellers should provide more training information and how to do videos. SO, yes (and obviously) I am not satisfied with this product. Again if you are first time DIY guy on tinting, probably you will mess it up.
O**.
Lexen is not responsive to email inquires.
UPDATE - 3/9/20 I've sent 4 emails now over a one month period simply asking if I can order just the rear passenger windows that I screwed up applying in the wind and heat. I said I'll obviously pay for them and shipping. I'm too pig-headed and pissed off now to call them. I can just go a couple of blocks from my house and get them done if they don't want my business.Sorry Lexen, 3 stars have now gone to 2 stars. I like the product but your customer service sucks. This is my original rating, I rated the company 3 stars because no one has replied to my emails.I very much like the product and recommend it. The pre-cut fits perfectly, easy to apply, looks great. BUT>>>I, being new at tinting screwed up the passenger rear window. I've emailed Lexen three times to ask about buying just the two rear windows. I have not received a response, therefore I can't in good conscious rate them 5 stars.Had they responded in a reasonable time frame, I would have bought the whole package again just to get what I needed for the one window I screwed up. The product was so reasonably priced that it was no big deal to pay again for the package.I went to a local tint shop where they cut a piece, $8.00, for me in just a couple of minutes and put it on for $10.00.

The tint itself is not of good quality
This tint is cheaper than competetors for a reason, your more expensive ceramic tint offerings appear much more black. This tint is purple from most angles and is much less transparent. I got this kit because I botched 2 windows on another kit and this one was half the price; but the quality is so noticeably different that I plan on stripping this back off of those windows and purchasing another of the first kit.

save yourself time, frustration and replacement costs by doing it professionally.
cutouts are precised but when i received my order, it was missing cutouts for two rear quarter windows. luckily there were enough unused material from other cutouts and i used that to manually trim the shape to fit the quarter windows. i messed up the back windshield because there were no instruction on how to apply to the curved surface. wrote them and they basically said 'that's too bad' and sent me a link to buy another cutout. the TINY yellow squeezee that came with the package is useless. i recommend buying a kit for about $9 online that includes all you need to do the job. if you have never tinted a window , i recommend against buying this. save yourself time and replacement costs by doing it professionally.
