Sorry for my late reviews I received a couple of message in Gmail it just I'm busy for the last 2 weeks anyway thank you for the great product I receive I like it and I already use the wheel like 3 times last week the manual helps me with the position I want and the blocks is very helpful too. I love the non slide padding all around the wheel, it is thick. I didn't realize it was small but it still works for my back. I really liked the book that comes with it because they pictures not drawings.

First use: the padding is coming off. I will be returning it and spending the extra $20 to buy the name brand Plexus wheel. :(

Must Have Yoga Wheel for the Experienced and New Comer to Yoga. Great for All Ages. Highly Recommend!
I love this wheel and even though this was smaller than i expected (not sure how big i honestly expected), it is sturdy, made well and very handy for stretching, and practicing yoga poses. It comes with a very detailed instruction booklet and gives you plenty of moves and things to do with the wheel. You feel good after working on it. I use it for myself (43 yrs old) and my daughter (9 yrs old). We both love it.

Been wanting one for years.
I'd been wanting one for years when I first saw it in a yoga journal about 5-6 years ago and where they expensive!This is a great price and I love the book! I followed the book and the stretches are amazing.
