HAI PC Access Software for Dealers

Does not work with Windows.

Finally... After struggling on with the End User version of the PC Access software for over a year and being confused as to why I couldn't configure certain aspects of my HAI Omni system, it is now clear to me that I wasted my time and money on that, and should have purchased this first.If you're going to take the time to install and become familiar with the End User version, and are planning to understand and operate your own HAI system, then just buy this instead and save yourself the trip(s) from your installer that will end up costing more than the price of this software. The End User version is really only for those who want to pay their installer to come back to "handle the more complicated stuff"... but who that is, I don't know - since if you're buying software to configure your system, wouldn't you want full access to all the settings?This software allows full configuration and control of your HAI Omni system. Don't let anyone convince you that you "don't need" to purchase the Dealer version in lieu of the End User version - the End User version is so crippled that you can't properly configure system devices/delays/etc... with it.If you want to install the separate Omni email Notifier board on your own, then you MUST have this software (or pay your installer to come out and set up your system).If you don't want to have the installer's access code sitting there able to let anyone from their shop (or anyone who knows the default access code) into your house or change your system, this will allow you to change it easily. I don't think you have any choice if you bought the HAI controller, it doesn't even ship with a manual or any paperwork just the simple disk.

This software is a must have for professionals or even homeowners who need to program an HAI home monitoring system. It is fairly user friendly, and makes programming systems much easier than using the tree menus on the security panels. I would recommend this product to anyone who plans to program even the most basic HAI Leviton systems.
