I have used this machine several times by now. I am surprised at how well this works, much better than the small handheld unit I used before. Read the manual, it gives you the "frequency" and "time of treatment" for many conditions, which is very helpful. If you take care of this unit, don't drop it and clean the head of the unit with rubbing alcohol after each use, it will last a long time. I have spent lots of money on small hand held unit but they do not compare to this unit. I recommend this unit for your home medicine cabinet. Read the manual and you will become a "pro" at using it.

I was hesitant to order from out of the USA, and I had concerns about getting what I ordered. However I received the ultrasound machine one week to the day from ordering. I called PS Exports to inquire how long I would be waiting to receive the order and they told me they would "upgrade" to express shipping, which they did, (DHL ecommerce shipping) and I had a tracking number to follow it's progress up to the delivery to the main post office in Phoenix AZ. Anyway, I've had 2 weeks to use it now, and it works great. No problems at all. This is way more convenient than going to the therapist office twice a week, and I can use it more often than that. It really helps. I can recommend this machine. I opted for this machine over the other "Sonicpulse" machines because it looked a little more "old school" and I am sure this one has been around longer. I feel it will be more reliable and last longer. Time will tell.

Liberally apply transmission gel to the treatment area on the patient. The treatment head has to be moved constantly in slow tempo. Never apply the gel only to the treatment head.

The unit is great for arthritic finger joints, but the wand stopped working after about 6 months, using it twice a week. I was very careful not to jar the crystal, or to let it overheat and crack, which can happen if it is not in contact with water or gel. You can tell when it is not working, because the wand stays cold instead of warm, plus the joint should sting or ache if you leave a functioning wand in place too long. I bit the bullet and ordered another one. It's worth $400/ year to me to have comfortable hands and not to have to go to a chiropractor every week. Too bad there isn't a comparable company in the U.S.A. that would be convenient to deal with and possibly supply replacement wands. Also too bad there isn't a slightly bigger unit that would be more suitable for knee joints. This one is so small it takes me 9 minutes to treat a small area.
