It's been a very valuable addition to my office chair. It's a good chair for sure, but it needed something like this - just for that extra bit of back support. I'm so glad I bought this and I think I'll be using it for many years to come. (I bought it years ago and it's still doing well!)

I don't do a lot of reviews except when I think the product is awful and I want to save people from wasting their money, but in this case I'm leaving a review because I am extremely happy with this product. I have 2 slipped disks in my lower back and found sitting in a chair all day at work was making things so much worse. Once I got this, that problem disappeared. I still have to make a conscious effort not to slouch (it doesn't do miracles unfortunately:) but this helps to remind me to sit up properly and gets me into the correct posture. Now I can actually make it through a day and not have constant back ache. Brilliant product and I will be buying another for my car.

Shape and size all wrong

- I took a star off for comfort, it is OK for that.- It didn't work for my work chair which has an empty space between the back seat and the bottom seat (if your chair is like that, and many are), this would probably slide through it.- But for support and pain relief it really did wonders for me. I had injured my back and for months I was in agony, then I started to stretch my back and using this when I sit for long hours, and then pain gradually went away. My mum loves it too and uses it when I'm not around. Pleased with the purchase, worth the money.- I use a pillow with it to adjust it to my chair.I really like it

I work at my computer all day, sometimes from 8am to nearly midnight. Lately my back has been complaining more and more and I get tired quickly when working. I slumped forward without realising it and therefore didn't breathe properly and my shoulders and neck were super tense. I looked at the prices of new chairs and thought I'd try this. Hurray! So easy to fit, surprisingly firm and supportive, and my back is happier than it's been for ages! I find I can work all day and get up still feeling comfortable. Such a good price, too. Very, very impressed and grateful.

I suffer a lot with lower back problems and I was getting to the point where I couldn't sit driving without suffering back and abdomen pain. I gave this back support a try and it has made a big difference to the pain . Can't say it is that comfortable but it is worth it to get rid of some of the pain. So impressed I bought another one to use when sat in the house. If you have lower back pain it's got to be worth a try.

I have a prolapsed disc low in my back (L5S1) and experienced a really bad episode recently, lasting over two months, leaving me lying on my back for long periods of time. Not much fun. My osteopath recommended two things: 1) focus on core exercises to strengthen my lower front and back muscle groups (which after a few weeks of doing every morning and evening I'm seeing a massive improvement), and 2) by a decent back support. This one is superb; fits most chairs, provides this wonderful springy, flexing support as you sit, and portable for the car. Recommended.

I had this about a month before the bumpy part fell off. Even before that It didn't really make any noticable difference to the comfort or support of the chair.

Non mi aspettavo potesse essere così comodo e sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto.Lo utilizzo soprattutto per i lunghi viaggi, ad ora non si è deformato (come leggevo su altre recensioni). Si è rivelato utile

Habe es im Auto als Rückenstütze eingebracht und bin 100 % zufrieden.Habe sehr gute Sitzposition und keine Schmerzen mehr, auch nach dem aussteigen nicht.Kaufempfehlung !

Lo uso para el coche y al final se acaba colando por el hueco entre el respaldo y el asiento. Aún así me sigue permitiendo apoyar un poco las lumbares.

ottimo supprto meglio dei cuscini, non lo mollo più

No sirve para nada, no se ajusta al silla. La cinta elástica que trae no sujeta el respaldo y no encaja en la zona lumbar. Un cojín hace mejor función.
