The EVA SOLO oil/vinegar carafe is hands down the best I’ve ever owned. Yes, it’s priced higher than many other products out there, but the quality is absolutely worth it. I’ve tried 8-10 other designs over the years, and this one is by far my favorite for both style and functionality.The sleek, modern design looks fantastic on my kitchen counter and dining table—it’s elegant without being flashy. Functionally, it’s just perfect. The drip-free spout works like a charm, and the size is ideal for everyday use. No messy drips, no leaks, just effortless pouring every time.I’ve had other carafes that looked nice but didn’t perform well or felt flimsy. This one is sturdy, durable, and beautifully crafted. If you’re looking for a carafe that combines aesthetics with practical use, you won’t find a better option. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this cruet. I bought it to hold my homemade salad dressing which is relatively thick. I have tried many other cruets and all have had issues which I could live with and were cheap. This was expensive, but worth every penny. It is very attractive, easy to clean, easy to shake, doesn’t have any drips or mess. I’m sure the reason it’s so expensive is import duties. But it really is lovely enough to leave on the counter. I have bought the OXO one and the one with the recipes on the outside. They leave gunk all around the neck when you pour. This one does not. I use a cuisinart tool to emulsify the dressing. I like that you have to shake this to get my dressing out because most ppl in my house (hubby) pours too much dressing out using other cruets. It’s not a dip! Save yourselves time and effort and just get the better one right from the start. I will probably be giving away all the other ones I have littering my kitchen.

I have used this product for about 6 months now and it is absolutely worth the money. The quality of glass is excellent. I dropped it on the counter once, thinking I must have cracked or damaged the glass, but nothing happened. The design is beautiful as well, fulfilling both form and function at the same time. I use this bottle to store vinegar and I keep it in the fridge at all times. The vinegar never leaks out when I pour it, the top opening keeps the neck area clean after pouring, and the rubber stopper lid is a nice bonus to keep air out of the bottle.One thing to keep in mind when you use this bottle is that in order to get the stopper lid off, you must also twist the rubber stopper lid at the same time that you are pulling it off, so that the whole top mechanism (that keeps the liquid from leaking out of the bottle) doesn't come up with the rubber stopper. If you try to pull off the rubber stopper without twisting it at the same time, the whole top mechanism will also pull off with the rubber stopper lid. My Scandinavian friend explained this to me before I started using it (the bottle is made in Scandinavia). I was about to return the bottle thinking that it was bad design, but actually I didn't know how to use it properly.Excellent product.

We saw this item and decided to take a gamble (it's always difficult to purchase something without first seeing it in-person).The carafe functions well and is a decent size. I would give the item five stars if the price were cheaper and the glass were a bit thicker.

I'll be using this to keep a variety cooking vinegar near the stove. The bottle holds about the perfect volume, the top seals well, and the shape is quite handsome. I may order another. I hesitate to use it for EVOO since I keep it out for cooking. I prefer oil bottles to be at least opaque to keep light from breaking down the oils. That's the only down side for oil. IMO, these are a little tall to have on the table for oil/vinegar service, but, again, great shape. Not heavy or thick glass, but would look great in modern or traditional decor. VERY well boxed from the manufacturer, then in another box by Amazon. Arrived without any danger of breakage.

Attractive, and this looks like a terrific dispenser for oil and probably would have performed well if not that the glass being so thin I was afraid it would shatter if not placed on the counter very carefully. A great solution for this company to consider is to "glue" a circular piece of rubber or silicone on the bottom as a cushion, then I likely would have kept it and not returned it.

This is really nice and looks good on the counter. I use it to store grapeseed oil for every day cooking. The tapered then flared neck makes it easy to hold. You need to wash it regularly though (every 2 or 3 fills) otherwise the oil catching top gets kinda gummy and hard to clean off. Cleans up well although it is a bit hard to REALLY clean in there because of the narrow tapered part unless you have something for say cleaning champagne flutes. Does a great job of pouring smoothly and at a rate with good control.
