Not bad for the price...
It looks nice and the hinge feels sturdy. It took a few tries to connect it to my iPad at first but I haven’t had any issues since then. It is a bit heavy but I don’t mind it. On a flat even surface it stands nicely at pretty much any angle. However, if you are not sitting at a desk or table and are sitting on your bed for example it will lose balance and fall back. The fact that it can swivel all the way back is a bonus and the hinge doesn’t feel flimsy. I really dislike the plastic window on the back that shows the apple logo. I would have preferred a solid back but I will just cover that up Later with a laptop sticker. The response on the keyboard is great and so is the key placement although I’m still getting used to typing on a smaller keyboard. Love the backlight color options and all of the shortcut keys are handy. It also came with a silicone cover for the keyboard which I thought was awesome. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Not bad but could be better.
Bought this for my 2019 iPad Air 3 as its the same dimensions as the original iPad Pro 10.5" and it fits perfectly. The only real outer difference between the two is that the iPad Pro has 4 speakers and the Air3 has 2 so youll see a couple extra vents but thats it.There is a mix of good and bad with this case, but over all Id buy another one because the cons don't hold much weight in affecting its usefulness. After pushing the iPad into the screen socket it has a secure hold even without clips. (*There is a plastic screen protector on the inside for the apple circle, be sure to remove that before putting the iPad in)The hinge is a bit wobbly at its neutral positions but when twisting or opening/closing the screen it is much tighter. while not a huge issue, this create a droop when holding the ipad folio style. Its about 1/3" to 1/2" of sag.The underside of the lower chassis is aluminum (for weight because otherwise it would roll backwards) but the upper portion of the lower chassis and the whole iPad housing chassis are plastic. I bought the black one and the black paint has a severe orange peel effect and will pick up every fingerprint.I did not find instructions with mine for pairing and when I came to this page to see if they were posted, the amazon page just says "See instructions".To Pair:From the iPad, go to Settings>BluetoothFlip the power switch on the keyboard to on and press and hold Fn+C, the pairing light will begin to blink. (Keep holding)The device should show up on the ipad, while still holding Fn+C tap on the "Keyboard 4.0" and you should get the pairing request. Hit Pair and it should be complete. The keyboard is reasonably responsive, I have not used it enough to run down the battery but it looks like it will last at least a full day which is all I really need. The backlights have an Off-33%/66%/100% type brightness from a button ont he keyboard by the spacebar. Next to the brightness button there is an RGB button for changing the color.Overall Im pretty happy with this case. I can live with the wobble but I'm concerned with the plastic getting stress cracks of its not properly anchored to the aluminum lower chassis, only time will tell. Since there is no touchpad I hope in a future generation they will recess the plastic in the front and put a spot to put the apple pencil.

Responsive keyboard, holds charge for months
This is a very serviceable keyboard/case for my iPad Pro 10.5. It is sturdy and provides good coverage when closed. The 360 degree feature is not one that I use often but I DO like being able to fold the iPad flat, while still in the case! Very handy option! Two reasons for the four stars: after 6 weeks daily use the screen is getting a little loose, 1 1/2 inch “play” if you tap screen. Annoying but not terrible. Also, annoying, is the handy little silicone “key cover” that came with the case, that has become foggy, less transparent even with the backlight feature. I’ve reluctantly stopped using it, but it’s a great idea to keep the keys clean!Overall, I like the color (rose gold) to match my iPad; responsiveness of keyboard; easy to charge (2hrs) and charge last for months!

So far so good
I’ve really enjoyed using this keyboard case. I’ve tried several brands of keyboard cases with a few different models of iPad and so far this has been the best case/tablet configuration. The aluminum gives it a professional and smooth feel and iOS 12 has pretty good keyboard support which has made my muscle memory happy. The swivel joint is the strongest out of all the cases I’ve tried. I just wish it had some sort of pencil mount.

Great enhancement to the iPad Pro
This is a great addition to my IPad Pro. I was considering buying a MacBook Pro just to have a computer that I would be able to type on to make a monthly newsletter but I honestly don’t think I will need one now that I have this awesome little keyboard. I would prefer it charged on a lightning port vs the android type plug and it would be nice if it would just power off if you forget to switch it off but its heavy duty, it looks nice and I can even change the color of the LED keyboard if I want to. I haven’t tried any other keyboards to really know if this is the best one out there but I can confirm it works great and has saved me thousands of dollars over buying a MacBook Pro.

Heavy
This is a very hard, heavy case but it works perfect for me. When I need something similar to an actual laptop it works great. The keyboard is very easy to use, some buttons I feel I need to push down harder on. Also it is a bit tricky getting it to connect at times you definitely have to get the timing right and be sure to read the instructions or you will get frustrated. I love the fact that it rotates all the way around so whatever position Im laying or sitting in I can adjust the setting to my liking.

Doesn’t last
Like others have mentioned, my keyboard lasted from September to December. Just quit pairing with my iPad. I loved the keyboard while it worked though, although it could be top heavy depending on the angle of the screen. The company says they will honor their one year warranty, but I must say, the return policy is onerous. I’m hoping they will follow through as they have said, and grant a coupon for a replacement. If I had an option for full refund, I would have preferred that.
