Fabulous reformer perfect for home
Love this machine. This is the plus version it has added padding. So far I haven't felt the need to add more to it. I use it everyday. Assembly was easy. You put the wheels on, plastic covers and you're done. It folds up by pulling up the middle and that's it. I leave it unfolded as I use it everyday. Was package nice. Yellow cord is light two black are medium and red is high. Solid piece highly recommend. Update 6 months later.....still great, i use daily. i did buy the frame it sits on which was awesome to add some height to it and put a simple rug runner under it i have hardwood floors so it would move. The cords are still in great condition i consider myself intermediate as i have been doing pilates for 10 years and this gets used and abused at times. My only con at this time is its a little narrow not a deal breaker just an opinion, it doesnt stop me or hold me from doing any exercise. I havent had any issues with this machine. I was able to get a box and foot strap off amazon and the wooden pole from home depot in the dowel section for 6.00. Great affordable home piece.

Beautiful Machine! Everything you need PLUS NEWEST upgrades.
This is a wonderful home reformer! It is made of high-quality steel and folds for storage. Please remember, this is a home reformer, it is not the cost or build of a studio reformer, BY DESIGN. The point was to provide an affordable pilates reformer for those of us who cannot afford, or do not have space for, a studio version of this machine. With this in mind, the machine design is executed beautifully!! When you buy this from Amazon or authorized sellers on eBay, you will get the 379A model, which comes with really great upgrades. This model has the newest strap adjustment system...the BEST to date. The handles on the 379A are the double looped handles (the coveted double-loops), one set for your hands, one set for your feet. You will love this feature! The rebounder is more curved at the top, giving more room for your feet and you have the 4 colored cords, which are really great for variety. This is a floor model, but stamina fitness also a stand that can be purchased to bring this off of the floor, and your total costs will still be thousands less than a studio reformer. Honestly, this is a stellar value! See the video for details and you will know what to expect. Do not hesitate, it is wonderful!!

Love at first sight...
I really wanted a different type of workout that didn't require going to the stinky gym, so I decided to head down the fitness equipment rabbit hole via Amazon. Luckily I stumbled upon this neat looking, affordable, thing rather quickly. I've done pilates maybe twice in my life, ages ago and it wasn't on a reformer so I really didn't know what to expect. It looked cool and different so I went for it. I don't really enjoy working out (I'm lazy. There, I said it) but this thing is actually...do I dare say...FUN and it works so many parts of me that I didn't think it would. At first, I was like "these resistance cords seem weenie" but after my first "basic" workout my muscles were burning and I was pretty sore the next day. Turns out I'm the weenie! I enjoy and look forward to using this each time. There's something satisfying about laying down on the job too. I haven't dropped my 30 pounds yet, but I do feel more flexible and stronger. Delivery was quick. Assembly was a breeze (I'm a single lady, mid 30's, with a lack of tools) and I love that I can fold it up and scoot it into an unused closet or corner when not in use. I'm very happy with my purchase. Only con was that the intro dvd won't play. I think it's in a PAL format when it should be an NTSC format. The other 3 dvds play just fine and I didn't really need the intro one anyway. All in all...two thumbs way the hell up on this pilates reformer!

Some issues but overall seems great!
Once opened, I noticed immediately that one bungee cord was frayed and damaged. I will attach image for reference. I am hoping through this posting and an email to their support that they can send a replacement cord as this is a fresh from the box issue. The wheel at the bottom would not go on one side as the metal was not shaved down in one area. I decided it wasn't too important to have the wheel in all honesty but it was annoying me a bit. The set up was very easy to follow and took very little time as most of the machine was already assembled. The machine itself is very sturdy! A bit narrower than I'd prefer but honestly I gave it a slight test and it seems great for an inexpensive at home alternative - especially for these times. The machine makes very little noise which is also a huge plus! For anyone who has taken a jump board class or a pilates reformer class in general this machine is very quiet. Aside from the issue of the bungee cord and wheel I am pleased with this purchase. The cords also offer a good amount of resistance.

Love this machine
I have used the commercial machine and yes, while it is very good quality, it is too large for my house and too expensive! I purchased a machine with the help of my physical therapist for easy usage in my own home and this machine has been a blessing and done the job. I love the ease that I have to use it at any time of the day and it has helped tremendously in my rehab program. You have to expect it to not be as high of quality as the commercial grades but it accomplishes the same goals! Having access to it at any time of day and it being portable and not so bulky by far out weighs the pros and cons to it being lighter weight and wheels not rolling as fluidly. Would buy this again without question.

Easy to hide in a closet, but still big enough to get a good work out!
Well it's COVID and I am tired of my Reformer Pilates class always shutting down. My neck is killing me again, and the reformer classes always loosen me up. I live in a small city apartment and needed something that would fold and fit in my closet, but do the job of the big reformer. I couldn't be happier with the size and it's ability to fold up. It does everything I need. They also come with a free set of DVD classes (who has a DVD player these days??) But they also offer a pack of free videos online (you just need to put in your model# and serial # to redeem the free videos, instructions are on the first page of the manual). It was also very easy to assemble by myself. And the price just makes it a no-brainer.

Beginner Friendly
I was nervous about this purchase because I couldn't believe an inexpensive home Pilates machine could be this sturdy. I am not a petite person at 5'7 200 lbs so I was skeptical. I also have a fairly small apartment but it fits just fine in my small living room. Super easy to assemble and very sturdy. If you are a beginner this is the perfect machine for you.

Not great for intermediate/advanced Pilates
I have been doing in-studio Pilates for 8 years now, and I would consider myself to be at the intermediate/advanced level. With the shut-down of gyms, and of course also just trying to stay away from groups as much as possible, I purchased this reformer back in August because I'm not a fan of mat Pilates. This was really simple to assemble by myself. That's the best part of the machine. However, if you're used to a studio quality reformer, you will quickly see the downfall of many parts of this one. You CAN get a good workout on this machine. A great one even. But there are many things you won't be able to replicate or even follow along with most online classes. 1) this is NOT a comfortable machine. The padding on the carriage and footbar are way too thin, so if you're putting much pressure on feet/knees/wrists, you feel it (ie tons of stuff you do on the reformer). IT HURTS. I've folded up a yoga mat to keep on my carriage to help with that. Pretty ridiculous. The shoulder blocks are a piece of foam wrapped around a plastic rod. If you put any pressure on the top of it, the foam moves down and you're pressing your hand into the rod. OUCH. The footbar is also narrow, and with the combination of narrow and thin padding, doing pike/planks you might be used to- well again, it hurts your wrists or feet. The straps are cheap and don't feel great in your hands or on your feet. 2) it's extremely low to the ground, so if you're tall like me (5'10"), you're limited as to a lot of the movements you're used to doing because your limbs will brush the ground. You can buy a stand (for an additional $150) if you're lucky enough to find one. They're out of stock everywhere and Stamina says they don't know when they'll get them back in. 3) there's no strap to keep you in place for one of the most integral Pilates movements- the mermaid (not to mention tons of other ab exercises). Plus the machine is so low to the ground, you can't do one anyway. I purchased the box (an additional $130) and am limited in how I can use it. You can see in my photo that I tied a band on in hopes of emulating a strap, but I'm nervous to trust it too much. 4) the back of the machine is pretty worthless unless you buy the pull up bar (an additional $60). The padding is also too thin on that bar. 5) the front platform is tiny. If you're used to doing lunges or planks on the platform- or anything frankly- it's almost impossible (I guess unless maybe you have tiny feet, but that is not me). It's tough to keep your balance, because not enough of your foot can help you out. And there's no padding there, so again, it hurts. I do use this machine 3-4 times a week because it's all I've got right now, and I'm trying to keep my strength up for when I go back to the studio eventually. I've already spent an extra $200 on top of the reformer cost, and would really like to have the stand for it if/when it ever comes back in stock. I also reached out to Stamina and asked them to consider making some better footbars/shoulder blocks/platform extender, so I could be in for at least another $250 if I get my requests (although I got no response from them anyway). My advice is to either a) spend a little more at the front end and buy one of the better Stamina (aeropilates) reformers if you can, or b) actually skip this brand all together and go for a Balanced Body or similar machine if you can swing it. Yes you can get a great workout in, but it is definitely not comfortable, and I have to end a lot of moves sooner than normal just because of discomfort and not because of fatigue. I hope this helps!

Poor Experience
I purchased the Stamina Resistance Workout Machine on February 10, 2026, for $771.78, from Spreetail and unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. The original machine arrived defective with broken parts. It took two days just to receive a return label. The replacement process was equally frustrating—delivery was rescheduled three times without any prior notification, and I only found out the following business day. When the replacement finally arrived, it initially appeared to be in good condition. However, after limited use, the design made it difficult to use safely due to poor alignment for someone of my height (5'0") and the replacement started to make clacking noises from the carriage and rope holder. I returned the machine on March 11 expecting a full refund. Despite the company receiving it on March 12, I was only issued a partial refund of $622.81 on March 19, with no explanation provided. I then had to escalate the issue with Amazon and file a claim to recover the remaining $80.97, which was finally approved on March 21. Overall, this was a frustrating experience involving defective products, evasive communication, repeated delivery issues, and most importantly, a lack of transparency with refunds.

Excelente compra!!! 😃
El Reformer es un poco sencillo en comparación a los profesionales, pero ya usándolo, es súper cómodo, funcional y me encantó! Tiene varios niveles de resistencia, lo que lo hace funcional! Solo que para personas pesadas no lo recomiendo.. Muchas gracias 🙏🏼🥰

Cost of disposal must be considered - Mould and paint coming off
I like how it works like the professional reformer and it’s foldable. However since I set it up I have yet to fold and store it away. It is definitely useful for every day use and stretches. However the one I had did not slide very well so the paint on the railings are coming off. There is a smell that goes with the paint when it comes out. Also when the item arrived the paint on the hinges were already out. Also the headset that came with it had mould. There was also mould growing on the purple base too. I think the quality control by Aeropilates need to improve.

Perfect for home use
Really good for my post pregnancy recovery, *always get doctors approval for any post pregnancy workouts. It’s quite small but perfect for a home machine, I wouldn’t want anything bigger. Easy to put together and use.
