I'm disappointed because for the price it's not a good quality . The bottom part leaks and it alway takes several tries to get it on properly and it'll still leak. Pretty to look at but not functional if it leaks every time you take a drink .

Crooked and really frustrating communication to get some sort of resolution, unsatisfied. Feel like I got tricked into closing a claim and very unhappy with results. Defective

So happy with my order. Purchased the rose quartz & obsidian. One for mom and one for me. She loved it and I loved mine. Thinking about getting amethyst now
