Perfect!
I have a classic arcade game that had a power supply issue .. this wasn't a direct fit, but it worked out perfectly! Game is now back up and running 👍

Performs well as expected
4 stars just because the quality of the housing is low, but it operates as advertised. Works very well.

Cheaply made power supply unit to be avoided
I purchased this power supply unit, (PSU) after the original, 30-year old one in my arcade cabinet went bad. My intent was to use this PSU while I repaired my original. It worked fine for the week or so I had it installed. After installing my repaired PSU, I decided to take the new, replacement PSU apart. I found that the components were cheap and the whole unit was assembled very cheaply. I consulted with a few folks with more knowledge about Arcade PSUs then me and they all warned me against using cheap PSUs. They all had stories about cheap PSUs ruining arcade boards. I was told that if I needed a replacement PSU, that I should go with a Mean Well unit which are high quality and very affordable, (around $35). I tossed the cheap RetroCade PSU and picked up a Mean Well as a backup just in case. While I didn't have a bad experience, I would not recommend folks buy a cheaply made PSU given the risk to sensitive arcade boards.

Did the job, seems robust, but noisy, dirty power
I bought this for a DIY home arcade machine running RetroPie.12v rails for the audio amp and LCD display, 5V rails for the Raspberry Pi and LED buttons.Except, there was so much hum and buzz in the audio from the pi I had to instal an LC filter between this power supply and the pi. I didn't put this PS on a scope to verify dirty power as the cause, but I can say that the 5V wall-wart power supply that came with the pi didn't exhibit the hum and buzz.

Awesome, cheap replacement.
Bought this to replace an original Buck Rogers cabinet power supply that was toast. Only utilizing the 5v+ output on this and it’s working flawlessly. One things to note. Out of the box the “gain” was set around half. As a precaution I dialed it all the way back and after a few multimeter measurements half way was pretty close to spot on 5V output. Always check before plugging in your board.
