I don't eat the healthiest but I do take a multivitamin every day. I leave this at my desk at work to ensure I don't miss a day. These are easy to swallow and provide great health benefits for me on a daily basis.

We should be getting all our vitamins and minerals from the food we eat however that just does not happen. This is a easy to take supplement to help fill in some of those gaps. The product itself seems to be just fine however it does use some fillers such as rice flour. These capsules are easy to swallow and I have not noticed any negative side effects. It does have a few nice male support herbs in it as well as leaving out iron, which men normally do not need. Suggestion is two capsules per serving per day. 30 day supply.

This multivitamin and mineral supplement provides me with the nutrients I need each day. Taking two capsules each morning helps supplement my daily diet which is not as good as it should be. This is a thirty day supply as the recommended dosage is two capsules per day.
