It was too hasty to buy, and I didn't have time to read the comments. Just seeing the comments of others, it is scaring me. It has been about two weeks since receiving the package, although the frequency of use is not very frequent, the performance of the walkie-talkie is still very stable. I am a girl, really like the picture, the walkie-talkie is only as big as my palm. I usually work in a restaurant. I don't like the in-ear walkie-talkie. I always feel that it is very unhealthy to wearing it in my ear from morning till night. I used this walkie-talkie in my pocket, and I didn't have a heavy weight. I occasionally picked it up and contacted the outsiders. For me this choice is still very good.

Purchased 40 Radios. Biggest Issue - MicroUSB connector Failure = 15 percent and growing.Some features advertised do not work like End of Tx Chirp and Frequency Scanning never stops and Rx the transmissions.Battery life is decent. So these are small and light weight and they are OK as long as the employees are gentle with them. Unfortunately routine use is showing the MicroUSB connector is NOT solidly attached to the circuit board. We've had 6 failures out of 40 and every one is the MicroUSB.We are now looking at Baofeng BF-T1 which is sad because the size, but this failure rate is unacceptable!We are also looking at magnetic disconnect microUSB cables but this will add $10 to the cost of every radio. I have taken the radios apart. They truly could have done a better job on the MicroUSB power connector

These are REALLY small... like barely bigger than my thumb. Love the USB charge port and built in LiOn batteries. The display is helpful and intuitive... the earpiece works well and has a push to talk mic button on the ear cable. These are 2 watt radios... so you get 2-3 miles range depending on terrain and obstacles. My only complaint for this price is that I wish they had VOX feature. That'd be my 5th star...

Highly recommend for easy, short range communications by non-technical people. The range and clarity is better than we have found with any others so far. The price is reasonable enough so that we can replace any that might be damaged in a year or two by one of our rough handling employees. Great customer service. I was very pleased. Thanks.

Instructions are poor. Can't figure out how to turn them off, battery gets low and they chirp. Like a smoke detector at 2am. Range and sound quality are good.

We purchased these walkies in Feb 2018 they are already not working, one the input for the ear piece is not working, one will not hold a charge and another will not even turn on. I have tried to contact the company to get replacements and they have yet to respond to me. I am in a business and these are a necessary part of our job. It is a shame that a company cannot respond or correct their issues in a timely manner
