The adapter works great! You can use the four USB ports at the same time with no worries. It quickly charges your devices in no time. It gives off a soft blue light that helps you see in the darkness. This helps in unfamiliar surroundings. We recently traveled to England and this adapter worked perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Used on a trip to China. Worked perfectly. It could be used in both the Chinese-style and US-style plugs. So much more convenient than the old converter I had with multiple plugs.

I bought this adapter to use on my Southeast Asia trip (China, Thailand, Laos, Camobidia and Vietnam. Well by the time I got to Laos it stopped working and oh my Buddha what stress that caused me....I discovered that you can get simpler and better ones. Also discovered through my stress that the phone charger can actually go into a 220 outlet.. and that saved me.... September 20, 2018

This adapter worked as advertised.It is a little bulky and heavy enough to gradually work loose from vertically mounted power strips, like those mounted to the legs of a conference room table in a room not yet wired for people attending all-day meetings with electronic devices.

I took it with me to Ireland and opened up the appropriate connection and then when we moved to Europe I could neither get the connector used in Ireland in or access the correct one for Europe. Terribly frustrating. The unit looks great on the ad but I was disappointed with the functionality and now I have an adaptor that has little to no use.

I have put it into use yet as I will not be travelling until January. The product is very well made and brilliantly engineered. Highly recommended if you travel to various regions of the world.

Great device , compact , takes up much less room than all the attachments and plugs of my old universal kit. Well made sturdy . As a bonus is charges quickly
