It really works! I was bored with trying to do my own pedicures spending hours soaking my feet and rubbing for ages with a sander without much difference. So i decided to try this, after a friend suggested razors. It really works and my feet are now much softer, and it only took 10 minutes!Be very careful when handling the item. Your feet can take it (be careful still) but your hands and other body parts may get nicked if you're not steady and careful. My feet are fine, but I got a tiny cut on my hand while operating - those blades are sharp!So in short - very effective on feet but be aware you are dealing with an actual razor. The device is shaped perfectly to safely shave off dead skin on your feet but if the razor edge touches soft skin, you could cut yourself.Highly Recommended for hard skin, but use care.

I have used many different callus shavers in the past. This one is by far the easiest to hold on to and easiest to replace the blade. The handle is a little bit longer than the ones I've used in the past which makes it easier to hold on too. In the winter I don't get pedicures but as you can see in the pictures it worked pretty good with the calluses that I had. My feet feel soft and look good too. It came with a box of extra blades which is good cuz sometimes it's really hard to find those blades.

I have another callus removing tool, which has a very old blade in it. this new one was so dull ! it wouldn't ever cut my callus. the old one did better. go with Solingen. should have checked the blade on the old one first. a nice handle on the new one.

It does shave away excess skin! However the blade slips out very easily and has already started to rust. It has to be dried off 100% I guess to avoid that. Unfortunately for me there must have been a drop of water left on it somewhere and it has rust stains on it and left a rust stain on my tub. So I have tossed it! That was after the first use!

Works great and comfortable to use. Comes with spare blades too
