Great skittles product

This was my first foray into freeze dried candy as everyone seems to be freeze drying everything!I love sour skittles and these are literally just freeze dried sour skittles. They have a really nice texture, crunchy and airy. It's actually really nice as the ultra chewy texture of a lot of non-chocolate candy is not great for my dental work. They are sweet and sour and a great snack.Be aware they are much easier to eat than regular skittles so you will most likely eat more than you realize! I would recommend this if you like sour candy and want to jump on the freeze dried bandwagon.

It is nice to see that Skittles has finally jumped in on the freeze-dried craze after everyone else has been doing it for them.You get a large bag of Sour Skittles which have been freeze-dried to allow the sugary goodness inside to puff up and expand, creating these small balls of concentrated Skittle goodness. Their sour flavors have definitely gotten more intense as the freeze-drying tends to intensify the flavor of the candy, and it offers a satisfyingly light and crisp texture that melts in your mouth!Definitely my new favorite way to enjoy Sour Skittles, it improves upon the original at the expense of become not chewy.

Surprisingly the knock off versions I have had of these have been better. These were in the low ok category for me. Not enough of the skittles flavor, more just plain crunchy sugar that did not taste all that great at times.

I'm not a huge fan of freeze-dried candy, but I do like sour Skittles. These are ok, they pack a pretty sour punch and you can crunch them or let them fizzle in your mouth. Lots of chunks of white "whatever" throughout the bag, but that stuff tastes pretty good too. Seems like a decent amount for the 6 bucks, not a home run for me, and I probably wouldn't get them again, but I'll enjoy what I have.

IF you like sour, these are fantastic. The consistency is interesting, for sure. It reminds me of astronaut ice cream or a lighter version of the malt inside of Whopper candies. They have the skittles flavors we all know and love, but with a super sour twist.Its a good sized bag, too... enough to make everyone pucker up and ask for seconds :)

My kids have been facinated by freeze dried skittles ever since we tried some at Disney last year- so they were super excited to try this sour variety! Cool texture, a combo of crunchy and fluffy that's hard to describe. The freeze drying process makes them explode like popcorn. Nice sour/sweet flavor. This is a good sized bag, perfect for sharing.
