I was a little skeptical on if this would actually fit or not, and it did. I wanted to try it out before I attempt to use it at the gym so u used it at home cleaning and such. By the time I took it off, I was sweating so bad. I was truly impressed. Cant wait to use it at the gym!!!

I have a 33" waist. The only way I could keep this product around my waist was to hold it securely with duct tape. Even then, it popped apart. Then I put the tape completely around me. It stayed closed only where the duct tape held. If I wanted to wrestle duct tape, I didn't need this product, except perhaps as a liner.

The photos indicate that the item sticks to itself. It does not and there is no way to keep it on without adding a belt, which defeats the purpose.

Belt was received timely, love the fix, being that I am a size 38 in the waist I thought I would have problem, Lot of inch left after my wrap. workout in the belt I have nothing to say i am a satisfied shopper. the item was delivered timely.

I actually wear this low and just over my hips for back support, not as a waist trainer. I have lower back and SI joint pain, and this works well to stabilize the area. It’s pretty long and easy to adjust.

I just needed something to tone up my arms slightly when I am out walking and or jogging. I recommend this product.

Works as described, really comfortable and not itchy (although before putting it through the wash it was a slight bit itchy.)

Great, the best belt I’ve used (the most comfortable and durable) and it’s also the cheapest. Stays on very good too.
