EARPHONES NOT WORKING..FIRST WERK OK..THEN ONLY ONE EAR PIECE WORKING...NOW IT MAKES GRAVELING NOISES..PLEASE REFUND OR REPLACE

I originally ordered one in blue which works well and came with extra bud in different sizes and just sounds great. Then i ordered a spare one in black which just doesnt sound as good and the magnetic part wasn't working on the black one compare to the blue one i bought first. My blue ones do work really well but just a shame about the other pair
