I don't like taking a lot of medications and try to find natural remedies when ever possible. However, I do fight anxiety and panic attacks that I have been taking prescription meds for. Adding this supplement daily has greatly decreased my anxiety to the point that I hope to discontinue or decrease the prescription. Great for calming nerves!

I have never had allergies before but a couple minutes after taking two of these pills, I couldn't breathe and was itchy with with a rash all over my hands and arms. I thought it would go away but it continued to get worse with stomach pains. I felt like throwing up but nothing would come out. I felt hot and was having cold sweats and my throat was swollen. Then I got dizzy and couldn't even walk straight. I still was having a hard time breathing and was really confused. Then all of a sudden, my hands started to go numb and I thought I was going to pass out. Since I couldn't breathe, I went to the clinic but got sent to the ER! My face was very pale and I have never experienced anything like any of this in my life! I was put on meds and even after things calmed down, my chest still hurt with breathing and my throat was still swollen for hours after. I would be careful with these pills!

It did give me a bit of calm during my anxiety filled work days however, the reason for the one star is the label on the top of the bottle cap. I boldly states " GET YOUR NEXT BOTTLE FREE" has a website printed below. I have tried numerous times to get this "free" bottle and every time I do, the site asks for a credit card to keep on file for the next time I order it. Very bad. If you have a good product, you certainly don't need to offer more of it for free with a huge catch. Too bad.

This is my second bottle of this product and as a person struggling with generalized anxiety, it has helped me immensely.I have been able to cut down significantly on using my "as needed" medication to assist me in controlling my anxiety and I have not experienced a panic attack since starting.... By No means, am I saying this a substitute for prescribed medication - I am merely stating what my experience has been while using this product.
