McGraw-Hill Specialty Board Review Tintinalli's Emergency Medicine Examination and Board Review 7th edition

the answers explain why each choice is either correct or incorrect. it takes time to do each chapter but definitely help to second look at concepts that I missed or thought wasn't significant.

The editing of this book is atrocious. I found many mistakes and contradictory answers. Picture quality is terrible. It is a good general review but there may be something better out there for this price!

Best ED book. I'm a physician assistatnt student and this book helped me feel very prepared for my exam.

Good questions, but the illustrations are poor.

not the greatest book. i'm studying for 10 yr boards, and this one is ok, but 1) the picture quality is lousy 2) some of the answer explanations give the correct explanation but the actual 'correct answer is X' is the incorrect answer and 3) the wording on many questions is not precise and so creates confusion about the best answer and is debatable.

i would suggest this book to whoever wants to appear for the boardseasy to read nicely organized for junior residents

This book binding and paper are cheap. The photos and pictures are black and white and cheaply printed so it is difficult to see the images. This is probably not the best option for this price range.
