this has a wonderful flavor, use it in all my salads.it is salty so the recipe needs to be adjustedbut the flavor and spark it adds to everything is amazing.a bit over melon is superbnot to be missed

I discovered this Ume Plum Vinegar at Whole Foods a few years ago. But this last time I went to get more, they didn’t seem to carry it any longer so I turned to Amazon.This vinegar is absolutely delicious. It has a sort of briny Kalamata olive taste. I add it to salad dressings and sauces when I need a tangy flavor addition. Can’t say enough good things about it. 💜The only downside to this product is the price which is, well, on the high side, but so worth it. I was very surprised to see that the price on Amazon for a single 10oz. bottle is higher than Whole Foods price. However when purchased in a six pack, the unit price is about the same. But I use this vinegar so often that six bottles won’t last me alll that long 🥰. Enjoy!

One of the package of 6 was broken. Another of the package of 6 was half empty. There was only a single layer wrapping of bubble wrap around a 3 pack, and the 2, 3 packs were in a plastic bag. 2 of the 6 I purchased were wasted in shipping. The product itself is great. It's my favorite vinegar, but I hate wasting money like that. I tried uploading the pictures but wasn't able to.

This product is delicious on salads

I use the plum vinegar for many things, but mostly for salad dressing - The recipe on the eden foods website is really good,. Just make sure not to add salt because it has a nice salty taste.

We use it often as a salad dressing. We apply it straight from the bottle rather than mixing it with oil or mayo.

Great salty flavor to add to salad dressings. I use it in my Guacamole and people always comment on how good it is.
