Old tractors and implements
This is the definitive magazine for fans of classic tractors and other ag equipment. It's big, glossy and with excellent photos and writers. This is the best classic tractor magazine I've found. There's no focus on any particular brand and I like that. You get stories on several pieces of equipment. As you can expect there's a write-in Q&A section, an old photo section, letters, tech tips sections. There are several main articles with a lot of full-color glossies of each tractor or other equipment. The whole magazine is in full color - except for the old B&W pics of course.Stories and articles are all well written. Writers can both give the technical specs and innovations as well as the emotional stories of men restoring the tractor grand-dad had or the one they drove as young boys growing up. There are good stories about plowing contests in Canada or using a tractor to replace a team of mules on a small farm in Kentucky. It's a good magazine and at 115 pages, plenty of reading. Unfortunately, you only get six per year. Still and all, more than worth the subscription price for the tractor enthusiast.

Fascinating for fans of old iron
I love old tractors. Old cars, old engines, old farm equipment. And frankly, I'm not that old myself. I have a tractor in the yard that's 20 years my elder, however, and I love having it around. Antique Power Magazine takes you on a nationwide tour of what used to be the ubiquitous solution to Getting Things Done. From little garden tractors that would be dwarfed by today's "riding mowers" (and unlike the modern mowers, those little garden tractors could still pull a small plow) to mighty old steam traction engines, they're all part of this country's post-industrial history. And it's just brilliant stuff from collections as described by the owners, to the complicated, tortuous corporate histories, to sneak peeks at models seldom if ever seen by the public.I gave a subscription of this magazine as a gift...for someone I LIKE. That ought to point up how highly I regard it.

Gift for Husband
My husband was excited about this magazine! Super photos and brought back boyhood memories for him! I did not rate 5 because of the amount of advertisements that were included.
