I ordered this pitcher because I have the smaller square pitcher, which in my opinion is better made. I ordered the square version directly from Vitev years ago. This new pitcher has a cheap flimsy green basket that holds the water to drip through and makes it difficult to keep the lid on the pitcher. Unfortunately, I also feel the water filter does not work well as the filtered water tastes bad. Yes, I did filter water through several times before I started drinking. My old Vitev water filter tastes better than this one, sadly it needs to be replaced.

Arrived quickly and securely package without any damage. VERY easy to clean and use.. Usually have to re-fill multiple times during the day without recycling water bottles, which is a good thing for our environment. Great purchase. Thanks.

If you don't soak the new filter for at least 10 minutes, it will clogged very soon. Just have to read couple lines on the paper "for users" when you open the box, and you are good. I have it now for 2 months now, and the original filter is still in place. Sometimes, when mine gets clogged, is because I keep it in refrigerator and those small spaces inside filter get frozen, keeping standing water in there for some time. So, I just take the pitcher out and leave it on counter for couple hours, and the water start run through the filter again. Without unscrew the filter and shake it.

I bought this picture to alkali my water. It does not work!! The filters are junk. I called the company and they did send me a second filter for free. This filter gets plugged all the time so you have to take it out and shake it. Then after shaking it it spits out black again. Called the company again and they tell me it's my tap water. Well that's why I ordered it! To have better tap water!!! I explained that I do not have hard water and he still insisted that it's my tap water causing the filter to plug. Don't buy this product! I threw mine away!!! What a waste of money.
