it's good but watch for the side effects
It works. It's been almost a week for me, and I lost 3lbs. However, it definitely gives that jittery effect. I tried many diet pills in the past, and I know how bad those jittery effect can be to your body. I have small body frame (I'm 5'2"), and whenever I take any kind of pills I feel like it gives more effects to me compare to other people who have little bit bigger body frame. So after two days, which said you take half of the tea powder and take it per day, I tried to take whole tea pack at once for a day. But it was too much for me and the jittery feeling made me little scared. So I lessen down to half a pack a day. It still curves my appetite and makes my mouth really dry which makes you drink whole lot of water. I think one of the side effect is constipation too. So if you are dealing with that even before taking this tea, I would recommend drink it with small portion with good probiotics. I don't think it's for the long-term, so if you want to have a start on the diet, you can take if for a short period of time.

great as appetite suppressant. not the greatest flavor and the packets are really hard to open without scissors. No miscellaneous side effects or “jittery” feeling like you get from other weight loss aids. ships way faster than advertised!!

It's not the same as I bought it the first time.
I already bought the product once, and it came great and sealed. This time I bought again and the box came open, and the product is not doing the same thing. Very poor product, the first box I bought was great. already the second and the third one is horrible
