I only had them yesterday but have eased my pain in knee doing good so far

There ok help take the edge off and the cooling sensation is quite relaxing

I used these at night which is when the pain in my knees is at its worst, within minutes being applied they started to catch on the bedding at the edges of the patch and after an hour were rolled up little messes of fabric completely off the legs, either make them long enough to fit around the whole limb or improve the adhesive quality. Waste of money imo

Wasn't sure about these but I'm glad I gave them a chance. They don't take away the pain completely but do help take the edge off.

I've been using the Monthly Patches for a few years now so I was excited to see these pop up on Amazon. I put it on my lower back today and it's got my through the whole day in the office without having to keel over. There have been a few times where I thought it might be peeling off, so I've had to smoothe it back down against the skin. But I imagine there's no patch out there that would stay on like that and provide such a good soothing feeling as long as these do.I can't speak to the sweat resistance, but they did seem to stay put better than my last batch of the monthly patches, so I imagine they're doing what they;re designed to - especially in this heat!! All in all, another fantastic patch, well done.

I bought these for a lower back pain that I occasionally suffer with, alongside heat patches so I could alternate them. I first used this one at night, as you're not supposed to sleep in the heat patches, and I really liked it. It stayed put, felt comfortable and provided ease to the pain. It was easy enough to remove after 12+ hours of wear too. However, I then decided to wear one during the day and quickly realised that the adhesive is rubbish if you're trying to get on with life. Straight away it snagged on my jeans and then after that it was game over, it lasted a few hours at best before it rolled off and got stuck to my jeans. The value for money isn't the best either if I'm honest. Although they dont break the bank, given that they don't last unless you're not moving, I wouldn't rush to buy these again.

This plaster does not stick. As soon as you've put it on it's peeling off. There are much better products out there

I bought these previously just out of hope they'd help with the intense pain that I experience on the first 2 days of my cycle.Last month I actually used them and wished I had opened them months ago. The relief that happened when it was applied was enough help get some sleep.I applied one of the patches to the left side of my lower abdomen since its the area that causes me the most problems when my cycle starts.Its a great product. It easily attaches to your skin and you can actually pull it slightly to cover a wider area. When its stretched it doesn't take away any of the cooling and pain relief affect. Each strip also does last 12 hours which is excellent.My only issue is the price. As amazing as this product is for £7.99 you're only getting 5 strips which depending on how many you use, could possibly only do you for one cycle.
