Battery came packed very well, installation was very easy. Compatible with my laptop and performs without any problems.

Fit exactly into my laptop and easy to install. Had about 65% life upon arrival, which is great because my laptop was completely dead before, and I needed to retrieve some very important files. So far I have only used it for a couple of hours, but to me it seems like it is lasting a reasonable amount of time so far. Not related to this battery, but I need to get my laptop fixed because the charging port is not working. So, this battery has bought me some much-needed time!

Exact replacement. Price was reasonable. There were no fitment issues. The battery charged as it should. Shipping was fast and it arrived sooner than expected. I could not be happier.

The batteries arrived on time. well packaged, and in good condition. ( I bought two. ) First, I want to say: It's important to "Prepare" these batteries for use! They do come with about 65% charge, but to ensure functionality, stability, and long life, you must take the initial easy steps which are outlined in the instruction sheet provided with each battery. Just after receiving my batteries, we lost power to the house, and I am very glad that I took the time to prep both batteries before use. Now prepared, I anticipate no future problems for the life of either battery. They both work very well. Highly Recommended!

I purchased this battery about a month ago and installed it one week ago. Performance has been well below what I expected: a full charge holds for only about 25 minutes before I'm hunting for an outlet. As someone who travels frequently with my laptop, that defeats the entire purpose of an aftermarket battery. What's made this worse is that I can't reach anyone. The phone number listed for support doesn't connect, and the support link on the product page doesn't load either. For a product at this price point, that's not acceptable. I'm posting this review at one star rather than one because I'd genuinely like a chance to resolve this directly. Seller — if you see this, please reach out. I'm willing to update this review if the issue is addressed (replacement, refund, or a working unit). Right now I cannot recommend this product to anyone who depends on portability.

Came fast and was easy to install my computer started working immediately

Works as described. Easy to replace the battery in my Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1. I've only used it a few days, but after a full charge I ran it continuously for 2 hours and it only dropped to 93%. I will update if performance changes, but for now I'm quite happy with it.
