These are tablets, not capsules. They will require cotton to stay in-tact.
I did not look closely enough at the label. These are great, but I usually buy the capsules so I can easily put my supplements in a supplement reminder case. These need to stay in their bottle with the cotton in place until use, otherwise they will disintegrate. (Sign of a very good tablet, by the way.)
