If I leave this plugged into a USB-C port for a while, it will start to disconnect/re-connect/disconnect... I think that it is failing to manage the heat. I'm not even working the drive, just leaving it plugged-in. Strangely, if I plug it into a USB-A port, it stays connected. Maybe higher power (heat) available on USB-C ports?I think that I'm going to have to return this for a larger one. Too bad. I like the look of this. It's like a n iPod Mini. Color matches my ThinkPad perfectly.

Very well made. Easily change M.2 SSDs for quick external. Came with a screw driver and a USB-C and USB 3.0- USB-C cables. Very nice product. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my spare SSD and yes there are cheaper options but through a bit of research I found this one had a higher quality circuit and the aluminum houseing feels very sturdy. there are no instructions top assemble this which was annoying when putting in the screw that holds down the SSD but it's easy enough to figure out. I strongly recommend using it with the heat sink tape it comes with along with some aluminum foil tape to help it slide in (foil tape not included). speed will depend on your ssd. overall pricey but high quality

From installation to data transfer, my experience with this enclosure was seamless. I used this to clone and replace my laptop SSD and it worked like a charm.

In my company and working with SSD's this product is awesome to read the drives. Love how easy it is to use and price is awesome. PERFECT!!
