A couple of other reviewers wrote that as well and it comes from the factory with a nasty smell. I could not tolerate wearing it for more than a few minutes before I had to wash it.in terms of fit, it fit perfectly per the size. I definitely saw an improvement in how it properly affected my posture. So I know this will be helpful long-term but I need to get the smell out of it. In the pamphlet it even suggests that sensitive people should not wear it on bare skin. I am very sensitive to certain chemicals and I was already breaking out within 15 minutes.I'll update my review once I thoroughly wash it but I have a feeling if the smell goes away and the irritant goes away.
