Easy to get started.
Great gaming computer for the price, easy setup everything is plug and play . Better than expected, no lagging in my games. Great graphics, and sound. Lots of ports for expansion

Great value for what I paid for it.
I love it. It plays all the games I like and sometimes the old TV shows I love to watch. Setup was easy for connection to my TV. The cost was to be expected for what I use it for. I have every version of the Sims and Sim City. It is pretty on the outside with the LED lights. But the setup of the system and setup of games is extremely easy. I'm not real tech savvy but this only took me maybe an hour. The operation of the computer is quiet and runs smoothly. This is still in great condition as of today 7-17-2026.

Fine if you donโt mind risking your life
DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTERI bought it for my family, it worked fine for a couple of months, then it literally almost caught fire. Thank god I was using it and not one of my kids.I reached out to the company on the email posted here and never got anything. I sent two more emails before I looked up the phone number and saw they donโt even have the right email posted!I reached out to the correct email and they told me since it was within warranty, theyโd replace it. Cool. Not a problem. Then they said, actually itโs not within warranty but weโll still replace it if you send it to us, and the minute we get the tracking number that you sent the replacement, weโll send you a new one. Cool. Not a problem. They sent me the code, I shipped it an hour and ten minutes later. Then they said, actually we wonโt ship the replacement until we receive the computer. Cool, I understand that. Then I got the notification that the part computer had been delivered. I reached out, a couple days went by, then they said actually, we havenโt gotten to it yet, but we will send out the new one as soon as we get it. Fine, people are busy, at least itโs being handled. Then they finally got to it, said they would ship it out in a couple of days and theyโd give me the code. The next week, I got the code saying it was being shipped. Finally. Then delivery day comes. The update says itโs on the truck! EST delivery that day by 11 PM. At 4pm, it says thereโs a delay. That was two weeks ago.I emailed again for an update and โSTG MIKEโ told me he was escalating the issue and it would be resolved. A few days went by and I sent another email, which got bounced back because their inbox was full.I sent the first email about this computer on August 17th. It is October 5th, and I have not heard from anyone in weeks. I would just take my computer to be repaired locally but these crooks have it and thereโs no way to get ahold of anyone.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Solid computer gaming for the money. Even a better value during today's AI price hikes.
I used to buy the HP gaming computers. Just before Windows 11, I was forced to upgrade or buy a Linux machine. I wasn't ready for that jump. I went to HP and found their new "gaming" computers were weaker than my windows 10 one and much more expensive. I went to Amazon checked for a computer in my price range. This one seemed to have the best bang for the buck in my price range. Let's not pretend it's a gaming monster. But for the price it's got more bang for the buck than I expected. Sure it doesn't compete with $5k computer, but you shouldn't expect that for the price. That you didn't build yourself.I bought 3 of them. Me/Wife/Son. Great computers for the price. We play MMO's, many Steam games with friends. It is 4k, SSD, has that now outdated light shows. I can play most of the modern games I tried on Steam. Could do Virtual Reality if I wanted. So it's solid.Certainly was a great deal at the time, as just after I bought these the AI companies competing drove RAM, SSD, and computer prices through the roof. The only downside for me was it didn't come with a CD reader. I bought that much cheaper than what it would of cost me if it was built into the computer. So even that is covered. Oh with the bigger fans it has, make sure you have it set where the manufacturer tells you or you will fry your computer.

Solid product
Had this for a few weeks now, started up, no issues runs a ton of games with ease. Graphics look better than expected in games. Setup was easy. Itโs not a top of the line blow your mind build, but I would say it hangs in the mid range and is worth the money.

GREAT PC
Amazing PC and you definitely get your money's worth but one problem i had from the get go....uninstall Microsoft one drive, it will slow your PC down, thats all I have to say.

Good value pc
Bought this gaming pc for my son. Seems to be working well so far. Plenty of power for the games he plays with room for upgrades if needed.

Defective right out the box. Stay away.
Do not buy this it was defective the moment I u boxed it and connected it. I followed all the steps to try and get it to turn on without deep diving into the components. But nothing worked the reviews don't lie I had to see for my self and man was I disappointed. Brand new and all it did was turn on and off I checked every outlet in the room and nothing could change it but when I'm running my Asus gaming rog lap top and using the same plug ins I tested it with the new tower there was power. The back has a power switch 115>220 I left it on 115 I even had other PSU that matched the same voltage as the one it came with and still no luck. I'm pretty sure all of there towers are faulty or cheap or defective. Stay away from this brand. Go to bestbuy or Walmart or game stop if they have gaming pcs avaliable. Do not trust one online.
