The cooktop is high quality.
The 30” Frigidaire cooktop is good looking, efficient and a compliment to our kitchen. There are 4 burners ranging from 500 BTU’s all the way up to 18,000 BTU’s. It is not difficult to go from electric to gas...in a week we’ll be experts. We chose the black finish and we both love it.We highly recommend the 30” black Frigidaire cooktop.

Solid quality unit that was quite easy to install
I had liked the large heavy grates that flow from one to the other so that pots do not need to be lifted from one to the other. The larger burners heat up large pots quickly and the smallest one gives you better control of the heat when you do not need to much heat.

Doesn’t work
We got this out of the box excited to install and right out of the box it doesn’t work. After having a specialist come out we got it to work but this was obviously an inconvenience for awhile

The most powerful gas burner ever
I had purchased with hesitation because it was unknown brand to me. The install was very easy as i.2.3 then started to see all burners then, wow it is such powerful burner on right front 18000 but. I didn't realize how strong flame can be, but as I love Chinese cuisine, so far love it so much, fried rice with egg, quick boil for soup. It is so much easy to cook. I love cooking now. save a lot of money for not going out to eat.

A nice change to the kitchen
Put up for years with only two of the four burners on the old one working. This one is sweet. Fit perfectly and adjusted as expected. Looks GREAT as well.

Gas stove top
Love my new gas stove. The only thing was the left grill had a crack in it.I didnt hear from the company about a new one . The cost for a new one was $250.I case I'll leave it.I wasn't going to send it back just needed one grill replaced. YES i would recommend this to anyone. Love ..

Quality Cooktop
Excellent quality and easy installation as long as you have a normal wall outlet for the plug on the cooktop. Our old unit was hard wired in so I had to hire an electrician to install a wall plug outlet. Thus far we love the quality of the cooktop and its functionality. Really nice unit for the price.

Powerful Burner But Need Depth Clearance to Install
The cooktop power burner is very powerful. Great for fast cooking like stir-frying and boiling water. The surface of cooktop seems a bit greasy as one has to remove the dials to clean, which we worry may loosen the dials. The biggest issue is at the installation. I have an oven underneath it, and there is only 4.25" clearance from the top of my countertop. The cooktop barely fits. I think the MFR tried to be conservative and lists it as 5" depth. Overall, I love the cooktop and if you have enough depth clearance, I would recommend it.
