Replaced my Camelbak Eddie and is perfect!
I purchased the Hydracentials 25 oz white bottle to replace my Camelbak Eddie water bottle after having to replace it three times. My reasoning for purchasing this bottle over others is the double wall insulation construction and plastic drinking tip.The double wall construction limits the amount of fluid (the bottle size is deceiving) but provides excellent insulation. I use this bottle daily, placing ice in the bottle in the morning, often leaving it in the car all day (in California in 100+ degree weather) and by the time night rolls around there is still ice in the bottle and the water is still cold! One of the best insulated bottles I've owned. Even though the insulation takes up some room, the bottle is still a reasonable size and fits well in your hand.The plastic drinking tip was important because I prefer to drink water through a straw, which is why I initially bought the Camelbak Eddie water bottles. The Eddie's drinking bite valve would leak in the car and the closing mechanism would wear out quickly. After the Eddies wore out in 6 months a few times over i decided to look for another option. I've owned the Hydracentials for about a year now and, although the hard straw took some getting use to, it is a much better design. It shows no signs of wearing out and only leaks when the bottle is under lots of pressure (usually due to significant temperature change).My only complaint about this bottle in white is that the paint is peeling off. I have been rough on this bottle, and it has some dents and dings in it. It goes everywhere with me: dirt biking, boating, school, work so its understandable that it would show some signs of wear. The bottle appears that it was just painted and not power coated. Power coating the bottle with the white paint would make it perfect. I plan to see if I can get the bottle power coated locally because I see the bottle lasting me a long time. Attached is an image of the bottle after a year of heavy use.Other than the paint I'm very happy with this bottle and would purchase another, but hopefully wont need to for a long time.

4 1/2 stars (leaky lid remedied by 5+ star customer service)
I purchased the black bottle for my son about two weeks ago and he really loved that his water remained cold throughout the day. After hearing how much he enjoyed his bottle, I decided to buy one for myself. I purchased the stainless steel bottle with the sleeve and cleaning brush and I am so pleased with my bottle. Unfortunately, the black bottle I purchased started to leak after two weeks and my son no longer wanted to use it because it ruined papers in his backpack. I decided to email the company that night and heard back from them first thing in the morning. They were so kind to get a new lid sent out right away. It was definitely a pleasure working with Kristen, the owner.Providing the second bottle purchased doesn't begin to leak, I would definitely purchase from this company again. The bottles are great (aside from the leak), drinks remain cold for hours, and customer service is awesome. Thanks again Kristen for all of your help!!

Edit - 09/19/2017I should NOT have paid attention to the reviews that said anything about poor customer service. As soon as I ignorantly posted the negative review (I'll leave it intact, below) about having no hope for customer service, the owner replied asking why I expected poor service. I didn't have an answer other than I hadn't tried to contact customer support myself and had only listened to other reviews that didn't know what they were talking about. Anyway, the lid was leaking on my bottle, it would actually lift off the bottle little and "skip" a thread - then it would leak around the threads. I emailed customer support, they responded within a day and replaced the bottle and lid. I'm very impressed. And the next time I have an issue I promise I'll reach out to the people responsible for the product rather than worrying about reviews that are inaccurate. We love this bottle, and we love the service from the company. Please don't be misled by poor reviewers, try it for yourself.----------------Original review (That is regretfully misinformed):We really liked this bottle for about 1 month. Now the lid won't stay tight on the metal thread (notice I said thread, not threads). There doesn't seem to be much for the plastic lid to hold onto, and now when I tighten it down, it's sealed, but pulling up on the lid will make one side of the lid pop up - very subtly - just about 2mm. The result is a leaky lid. It doesn't take much force, just the weight of a full bottle is enough to make the lid "unseat". We've only hand washed, nothing hot, no reason this should have happened. And now we are outside the return window - also, it sounds like no one has received decent customer support recently. Oh well, I suppose I'll order the new lid and hope for the best. For $24 I hoped for more. I suppose if the new lid does the same thing I'll have been 'got' twice.
