Smooth Full-Body Training
Iโm really impressed with this UMAY squat machine. Itโs a great piece of equipment for home workouts, especially if you want something compact but effective. The foldable design is perfect for saving space, and itโs easy to store when not in use.

Poorly made
Not very good. Assemble was easy but it isnโt sturdy at all. Seems more of a novelty than actual equipment.

Easy Assembly
This squat assist trainer was easy to assemble in no time and folds for convenient storage. It works exactly as advertised and provides an excellent upper body workout.

Effective Workout
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. At 4'11", it gives me a nice stretch, and within 30 seconds to a minute of use, I start feeling the burn. I use all the resistance bands for a more challenging workout. My goal is to stay consistent and share more benefits in the future.
