Immediate relief for my daughter
These really worked for my daughter who has severe flat foot deformity. Her ankles end up hanging out in thin air supporting her whole weight when her arches collapse. Any amount of continuous walking causes her pain and at one point, stress fractures. She had to quit her waitress position for that reason. She already has special inserts in her shoes, but it wasn’t enough. Her current job started to be more on her feet, and it’s been causing her a lot of pain, meaning fracture wasn’t far off. I got her these because they were not expensive and it couldn’t hurt to try. I bought the High Arches option. They helped tremendously and once she healed, the pain was gone. She did find that they flattened over a shift. Washing fixed them, but she needs them daily, so I bought her more. We ended up actually trying 2 on one foot, which worked even better, so I cut the pad part out of one pair and sewed them to the other. Over the course of a busy day they flatten a little, but are still enough to keep her from having pain.

Does support the arch firmly
I bought these to wear with slippers in the house after I started having pain on the top of my foot. (We're still not sure if I had a hairline fracture, or if my high arches are falling.) These gave excellent support around the foot and I could place them where my arch lies. If they started rolling around the foot (or got dirty) I washed them by hand and that seemed to solve the problem. I found they worked best when worn on bare feet. I even wore them under socks in my wider boots and that worked too.

Foot size
While they seem well thought out and well made, when the product arrived the paperwork with it said that these high arch supports fit Men's size 7-11. I have size 13+ feet. Tried them anyway, but they basically disappeared. Helped a little but not enough. Tried doubling on one foot both fore and aft and one on top of the other. Too much support. Hopefully the company will be successful enough to branch out into the fringes of foot size.

Not for me
Unfortunately these aren't thick enough for my arches so they don't touch the floor or shoe sole when I wear them thus offering no support. I noticed zero difference too with the plantar fasciitis. They also rubbed terribly on the tops of my feet with or without socks & by the end of my shift I could not wait to take them off. I also noticed my "bad knee" was worse that day too. Could be unrelated but thought it was worth mentioning. I would definitely not reorder & I'd only recommend if your arches aren't that high

They work well
I have high arches and pain from wearing winter boots w no support. These have helped a lot but they are hard to fit into my boots/shoes because they wrap around the foot. Best to wear w shoes that have extra room or barefoot.

If you have really high arches read this...
I have really high arches and if I wear these barefoot, they don't provide support. If I wear them with shoes that already have some arch support, they are great. I wear them with sketchers and my arch is supported and my feet feel great.

Good for the first few wears.
These are great to help cushion high arches but they seem to wear down faster than expected. I’ve had mine for a month or so and they have lost a bit of cushion. Still supportive, but have definitely worn.

At first wasn’t wearing them properly…but then
Ok so full truth here, at first I wasn’t wearing them properly and they were a bit annoying and hurt my feet and I was going to send them back but then before doing that, I decided to look at the instructions that come with the product and oh man am I glad that I did! Once I started wearing them correctly they gave me just the right amount of support and my feet were in heaven. So glad I gave them a second shot, or really started wearing them right I should say. - Great product for sure.
