Wow, WoW, WOW!
I grew up in the 70's, music was a part of me and all the friends I grew up with and we were all into great sound systems (what we can afford anyway) not only in our home but sound systems in our cars as well. We'd go and listen to speakers in a stereo/TV/electronics store such as Sound Advice or Lafayette and play our "test" music like the drum solo in Edgar Winter's Frankenstein over and over. My system was modest a mid priced Yamaha receiver with Boston Acoustics T830's and a Technics turntable. I always wanted a tube amp, back then McIntosh was the name (nothing to do w\ mac of today) and I was always envious of the tube amp receiver owners (usually the fathers of the "rich kids") lol.So in my search to relive my past and revive my oldy but goody Boston Acoustics (stored\kept in mint condition) I decided to buy this Dared tube amp and as in my title all I can say is WOW! Now just imagine having listened to these speakers over 30 years and expecting to hear what I heard over all those years, then turning on this amp and hearing highs, mids and lows so rich so clear so crisp and dimensional like I never heard before, I was truly in awe! It put a smile on my face reminiscent of the day I bought my Porsche and started it up the first time as nothing else in recent memory has given me this kind of thrill. Aside from the incredible punch this delivers the looks of this amp is nothing shy of stellar! In other words when you remove its cloth like cover from the box it comes in you will absolutely say, WOW! From the moment you unbox it with its piano black laquered sides to the coppers shine is a piece of art. When I turned it on and saw the amber glow of the tubes atop the turqoise green pulsing cat eye tube I was literally blown away! I will cherish this amp as it has genuinally re-ignited a long lost passion of mine to unwind with my music collection now with eye candy and maybe a Titos martini... or two ( ;

Sweet tube sound!
Sweet tube sound! This has brought new "life" to my old LP's and CD's. It also enhances Bluetooth content. I added my active sub woofer to the pre-out pins to fill in the low end. Love it!

Solidly built quality item
Quality item. Excellent performance. The only thing is I wish it has a 32bit DAC and a Bluetooth 5 capabilities. Overall I am satisfied. Good customer service and support.

Beyond pleased with this little amp. It’s been the perfect unit to bring my office setup to life. I’ve been enjoying it with my bookshelf speakers as well as servicing as a great headphone driver. Great value for the money.

Exceptional Quality And In The $400. Range A Very Well Built And Great Sounding Unit.
First off you could Google Dared MP-5BTHiFi and see a company that is not afraid to show photos of what's under the hood of this unit. It's a Dared built with quality and great sound. A friend of my brother bought this and i have to say it sounds great for a quality hybrid. Much better quality and construction and sound than the early model Quinpu A-6000 unit way better than the cheaply made Dayton Audio Hybrid. An excellent small hybrid unit this type of design has been perfected by Dared it has been around at least 15 years or more various model numbers.
