Q: Im 5'2 And 114 what size should i get?

I am 5'10" and 140, I purchased an XL. I would go with a medium or large if I were you. The pants mold to your body; you almost can't get too big a pair. I'm going to try and order an XXL. I ride and I believe the pants will hold up better to the wear & tear with more room to give during mounting & dismounting.

Q: I have a 36in inseam, is it possible to have the pants enlongated?

I am just a customer, not the seller or manufacturer, but I highly doubt it. I don't think there is going to be enough material to work with. Plus the type of material you're working with, I don't know how much alteration it can take. But you could always order larger than you need and try I suppose.
