Took me 15mins to figure out you have to pull it apart to insert the battery. I've never seen or used one of these before and had no idea and didn't want to break it. But I finally gor it. Heats up very quickly which I love. Definitely have to use it after applying mascara although I tried it without just because I was curious and it does help to add a bit of a fuller curled look even without the mascara.

No but seriously don’t buy it. Broke in 2 weeks and they refused to take it back

Doesn't work. Put a brand new battery for 15 minutes, it doesn't heat. I have the one from Sephora which works amazing so buy it instead of this one.

I only used it for 10days and it broke. It no longer held a charge & did not warm up. I replaced batteries but that was not problem. It is cheaply made.

Purchased and it said it would be repackaged but still new and I opened it today and there was makeup all over it. Absolutely disgusting.

Curler worked for about a week then completely died. Feels cheaply made so when I got it I should have seen it coming.

Does not get hot enough and the heating unit is very small
