Works with ScubaPro Hydros Pro BCD
I purchased the SCUBAPRO Universal Hanger to store my ScubaPro Hydros Pro BCD, regulator, and alternate air source. I quickly unboxed and proceeded to hang the equipment in the various positions described in the user guide. The BCD sits nicely in place and very stable even with the two back pockets containing 4 pounds of ballast weight.I also tried hanging the BCD with the main ballast weights pockets in place, and although it works as expected, it made me a bit nervous given I have 6 pounds of ballast in the two main weight pockets. I would recommend anyone with a BCD give this hanger a consideration.

it will probably work great, but if not
So, this actually doesn't come with instructions on how to use. If you look closely at the photo (before you buy it!), you'll see a horizontal bar INSIDE the arc where you hang the hanger. I thought this was just a temporary piece so the hook doesn't bend during shipping. However, now that I have it, it appears to be a regular piece of the hanger. Now unfortunately, 99% of closets have round clothing bars, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to saw this piece off or what. I've looked for instructions on that part in particular and cannot find any. Even my dive shop wasn't sure how to use it, unless I somehow built in a closet with square clothing bars... If you have those, it will probably work great, but if not, let me know if you figure out how to use it!

works great as a BCD hanger
works great as a BCD hanger, but I wouldn't try to hang my wetsuit, bcd, and reg as the ad describes. (it wont go well for you)

Strong and practical
This is a very sturdy hanger with many places for different pieces of scuba gear. While at first sight it may look as if it had been put together by a space alien, there really is a place for everything. Excellent buy.
