The picture they show on the box has steam SHOOTING out of the nozzle but it DOES NOT do that at all. It literally has no shooting ability what-so-ever. It just rises straight up so you're forced to put the nozzle right up against the item being steamed and by doing this the item gets completely wet and in my experience (steaming 2 blouses with different fabrics) because it gets the item so wet, both of my blouses were stretched out (sort of speak) much bigger in size than they'd ever been before. You can get the same droopy results by using a spray bottle filled with water. It left a funky odor when it dried. I wasn't burned but the steam did hurt my hand when I adjusted items during steaming. Also, there's no trigger button to release the steam. It's on constantly once it's plugged in to the wall outlet. Doesn't shut off unless you unplug it. On the bright side... shipping was fast and it comes with its own storage bag and steamer hanger which was a nice added touch.

I am a physician who travels a lot, and every time stuck late night with that shirt that needs to be ironed in the hotel for tomorrow's appointments... So, I bought it for my travel needs. However, I found it extremely efficient and very easy and quick to use. Basically, add water-turn on-slide on your cloth for 1 minute-done! Hard to believe, see pictures!It is light weight, elegant and feels high quality built.Great buy so far!

I like this steamer because not only is it small and super lightweight, it heats up very quickly and steams wrinkles out evenly and quickly. I like that it can be set down on a table and that it has an on/off button. The one I had previously was super heavy, constantly getting clogged, had to be set down on it's back and I had to pull the plug out of the wall to turn it off. I would definitely recommend this steamer!

I travel all the time, and this steamer has been exactly what I needed to keep my clothes wrinkle free. Love the design and super easy to use. Highly recommend.

Haven’t owned a steamer before, but this thing is GREAT! I’ve only used it a few times, but it was just as effective and much faster than ironing. It was simple to get started using it; really just filling it with water and flipping the switch! I was surprised that I could run it over a section once and the wrinkles were gone. Again, first experience with a steamer soooo maybe it isn’t THAT exciting.

Good, fast little steamer! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a portable steamer. I love how quickly it heats up and how easy it is to use! I have used many steamers, I usually buy the big bulky name brand ones because they must be better right? Not!! I used one of these my mom had for traveling and since my big one qite working this is all I will be purchasing from now on!!

I’m not the person who usually iron her clothes, it’s just seem too much of a hassle... but this one is different! I tried this product and it worked great! 60 seconds to be ready, 2 minutes to go over my dress and it came out like new!I’ll definitely continue to use it for my clothes !

This product takes forever to get the wrinkles out of your clothes and you have to keep filling it up with water. It's really annoying to have to keep running to the sink to refill it. It is a more ideal for removing wrinkles for maybe like one clothing item. I like to remove the wrinkles out of my clothes after doing laundry and I usually have a couple clothing items and I cannot efficiently get it done with this product.
