I had been traveling for lost a month . I took regular Laxative( Dulalax) for 2 days . Ate prunes and oatmeal. Bloated and very uncomfortable on a cruise. Hit Port went to the Pharmacy. Went back to the ship. And this was the fastest working laxative ever . And I felt so much better . I was very backed up. Used two of these 1 a day and man . Relief! I saved one to bring back from Mexico. Looking to find them in the states . I guess Amazon is the go to for it . If you have IBS / Menopausal issues , this works.

I know there's a warning of diarrhea as a side effect, but other reviews I've read elsewhere talked about how gentle this product was and that it worked great. Not for me. It's been a nightmare of a day, running to the toilet every half hour or hour for the entire day, and a bit into the next morning, having no appetite. It made colonoscopy prep seem like a day at the beach. It did clean me out, though!
