Rate is low while compared to other brands (bcs carbs is 14gm while compared to other brands which is not a big issue if you are adjusting carbs in other meals according to this) I didnt had any bloating or other issues which i experienced whille consuming big muscles product. This is everything you guys need to know. - This product is very budget friendly - The taste is fine not too good not too bad so like good enough - remember it's not complete whey it have milk solids to as an way of protein - drink it with warm milk only. It causes severe bloating if taken in recommended dosage. I got rashes. I was intolerant to that protein.
