Will this hook up with my gtx 1050 ti card into my monitor?

As long as you have a DVI D it will work.

Is there a site to download a driver for this adaptor? The screen is not illuminating.

I've used the adapter with two different PCs, and for both of them video was supplied to the VGA monitor from the DVI port on the video card just through the adapter without any driver software involved. Both PCs are of some vintage (a Dell 8300 and HP A6237C Pavilion) so the video cards are probably an early implementation of of the DVI standard but they did work just fine without driver software. As for a driver, I'd check with the adapter manufacturer re the need and availability.

Can this work from vga to dvi? like sever motherboard only has vga output but my monitor dont have it, just dvi, would this work?

I will but know that there are at least 5 different DVI configurations. This didn't work for my hook up. Look at the DVI socket, it will say DVI-(a letter), you must order that specifically.
