Android portion a bit slow but it does everything they say it will do. Overall quite a bargain. The remote feels delicate but no problems so far.Very easy and intuitive to setup and use. I would buy it again. The worst thing I can say about it is the included adapter will work in many countries but the plug adapter for US use needed to be taped on to prevent inadvertant unpligging. The only thing I do not know about is its longevity. It does get warm but not hot so far. Be aware that an external power supply and injector is a very good idea for powering the LNB and the device will only power 13 to 18 volt LNB's. I found the pointing utility to be very good and I point by hand.Way better than $200 for slightly better built and slightly larger similar units.The android part is fine with just a bit of lag, The apps perform well when they get loaded. No problems with Google Store or anything like that. Every app I tried worked.One nice feature is the ability to switch from the Satellite part to a brief version of the Android part where you can some of your favorite Apps. I put a 16GB SD card in it and I use APP2SD, no problems. I also use my laptop to transfer music, video and other things directly to the SD card then insert it and no problems.Another nice feature is its use of a multibutton wheel mouse, very nice. The left button selects, the wheel scrolls, the right button goes back and the other buttons have appropriate functions based on where and how many your mouse has. Not every button will have a function depending on which mouse you have. All wheel mice will have the select, scroll and back functions. Well all mice I tried.This is not a Galaxy Tab but it is entirely acceptable and a lot easier to connect to a TV.Want to have FTA TV without the big price or have a nice Android TV? This is a good if not excellent choice and does both.I am using an old but compatible Dish dish (39") with a new LNB and I do have an external power supply and injector to the LNB.

This is a G18REF board based tv box (which is quite ancient). One of the very few found with a DVB-S2 tuner. Overall it works very well but the original rom leaves alot to be desired..Pros:- Fan-less / quiet- Small- Android 4.2 runs fine - 3d performance is okay - connected an xbox360 controller and it recognized it immediately for games or even to navigate the menu- StableCons:- Plastic with no top or side ventilation / it get's really hot especially when watching full HD channels or videos- Stock rom isn't real 1080p. It is actually 720p and scaled to 1080p. I have no idea why because it runs OpenELEC at full 1080p/24 without any issues (I do recommend OpenELEC when all you need is Kodi as Tvheadend works well too - it detected the DVB-S2 tuner without any issues- Because it's running Android 4.2 Kodi doesn't support auto-refresh change which is an issue to some TV's as 24p media stutters alot (not an issue when you flash it with OpenELEC)- The IR remote control is slow (I have a MINIX A2 air mouse / keyboard and it works very well with this box so I don't use the original remote at all)- Questionable build quality - I ordered 2 and one of them wasn't functional (while the functional box had a broken piece of plastic inside it too but it has been working fine so far)- There is no recovery button or jumper (like the normal G18REF boxes that can enter recovery using a toothpick inserted in the audio jack) - even support didn't know of any way to enter recovery if for some reason your upgrade process runs into problems. However, there is a place for the recovery switch/jumper on the board and if you short it for 10 seconds it does force it into recoveryIf you don't need a DVB tuner then there are other much more powerful boxes that give a better Android experience. If you need DVB then this is probably the best Android DVB tv box available at the moment (until the C90S is released)

it is good and butter than other brands but some times not processing smoothed in XBMC

Love this box so much I just purchased 3 more for the rest of my TV's Love the XBMC on it ! Works great on my 8' Dish !
