I'm having an issue with no sound. The support for this product is the worst I have ever experienced. I have tried chat and emailing tech support and nothing works. As soon as you open chat and they ask if your interested in purchasing a unit and you replay with i need support you get no replies. You can get access to technical issue fixes on there site unless your a certified installer. They had no problems communicating with me when they wanted to sell me the unit. I do not recommend this product based on 3 things. 1st it doesn't come with proper install instructions. 2nd theres no response from tech support. 3rd my unit still isn't working properly.

I had to have this installed by an installer that was familiar with this type of installation, and it worked out great! They even saidIt was a good choice. When you buy the unit, they email the instructions, but they are vague to put it mildly. The YouTube video helped tremendously. Thanks!

The installation instructions were not very good. Be prepared to watch YouTube videos to help with installation. Also, scrolling through Carplay is confusing. Overall, I'm happy to have my Carplay, but have to be patient with that there is a learning curve on how to maneuver through it.

It is a waste time, money and energy, it doesn't work on MY Mercedes, worst part is they dont give shipping label to ship it back. It is like impossible to deal with them, they just made up a plastic box in the name of CarPlay for car but actually they it doesn't work at all. I had reach out to them numerous Time to get my money back. Very very very bad experience with them.
