HypaGel Hot/Cold Therapy Pack, Compact, Pack of 2

These are great! I’ve used them for lower back / sciatic pain as well as for an injured foot, and they’re brilliant. They stay cold for a long time, but never freeze solid, meaning you can easily mould them to the area you’re treating. A hundred times better than trying to get a bag of frozen peas to balance on yourself!

After my old ice pack started leaking I found these and they are perfect. I love that it’s a set of two so can use one while the other is chilling and then change them up. I haven’t used them for heat yet so can’t comment on that. But when frozen they are perfect. I injured my knee and this has really helped. They are a good size and are really good quality so I can’t see them leaking anytime soon.

The media could not be loaded.  Quite a multi use ice pack. So not only is it a standard ice pack, you can also heat it up to use a warm pack.As an ice pack it is fairly standard. Straight out of the freezer it is still pretty maluble and forms to the limb it is applied too. It certainly does the job. If you have kids it just makes sense to keep on in the freezer all the time for any potential accidents.When using it as a warm one it is fairly effective. It doesn't retain its heat for much longer than ten minutes however it does work well.The plastic wrapping feels very strong and robust. I have plenty of faith that it could handle a fair bit of pressure.These items are a must for any parent.

These seemed such good value for money, I bought 2 in total (so 4 packs)They are an excellent size, I have been using them on one of my ankles that flared up after some cross country running, they get cold extremely quick and the effects last a long time.I have not used them for heat, but you don't put them directly in a microwave, you heat them in hot water inside the microwave.Something everyone should have in the home!

Really useful, quite big! Bought one for fridge, one for freezer as I have little ones who often have bumps. Haven't needed the freezer one yet but the fridge one has been really handy. Most importantly, I'm sure someone put there must have issues with itchy eyes that swell like me. I had no idea how amazing this would be for that too!!! Would recommend, or a slightly smaller version if they sell one.

I keep a few of these in my fridge for the event of a headache or, heaven forbid, a hangover. Bought some for a friend who suffers from migraines and they are similarly happy with their effects.

I only use these as ice packs, not tried them as heat packs. I had some before but unfortunately seizured badly therefore split a couple of them. I did but the dark blue more expensive ones but they only stay cold for 10 to 15 mins before they needed to be put back in freezer.These are great price and coldness lasts ages so I can ice various parts of my body from one pack

I’ve only used these as cold packs but they are great especially when you have children who bump themselves playing. I had a sprained ankle and it helped with pain and swelling loads. I just leave them in the freezer so always got to hand when needed. And wrap a towel around them for use.

Buen producto a buen precio. Lo he puesto a enfriar y se congela rápido. A su vez, mantiene el frío durante más de una hora, suficiente para tratar las lesiones. Sus medidas son 25 x 15 cm.

Consegna puntuale, prezzo molto conveniente, sono 2 unità a differenza di articoli simili ma di altre marche questi diventano molto freddi e mantengono questo effetto per molto tempo,sono di misura grande, attenzione al contatto diretto con la pelle, per evitare bruciare da freddo usare sempre uno spessore di tessuto e mai il contatto diretto se è molto freddo, non li ho provati con l’effetto calore ma a necessità li proverò sicuramente. Sono soddisfatta veramente un buonissimo prodotto.

L’ho utilizzato solo come ghiaccio, non l’ho scaldato, ma sono soddisfattissima del prodotto. Non si scongela velocemente ed è flessibile. Ottimo prodotto

Se acopla muy bien a la zona, yo en concreto lo utilizo para el hombro que lo tengo dañado.Con ponerlo un ratito en la nevera sobra, porque pilla temperatura muy rápido. Eso si, no recomiendo el congelador porque se cristaliza y si está mucho tiempo puede llegar a congelarse. No lo he probado en caliente, pero imagino que tampoco habrá que calentarlo demasiado para no quemarse
